Moonlight Zoo formed in 2016, escaping their hometown of Dunfermline to cut their musical teeth busking around the streets of Europe.

The band honed their sound on the pavement, learning to sing in three part harmony and play with ferocious aggression in order to cut through the noise of the city before returning to Scotland to take their unique brand in alternative anthemic pop the the big stage, heavily influenced by Scottish rockers Big Country,

Moonlight Zoo borrow their anthemic Celtic elements of their hometown heroes and infuse it with a modern pop twist inspired by artists like Haim.

​

Since forming Moonlight Zoo have taken their wild live shows to every corner of the UK and performed at major festivals including Isle of Wight, TRNSMT and Kendal Calling. Their first single "Breaking or Broken" was Radio X Track of the Week and called 2the best debut we have heard since Blossoms burst into the scene" by renowned tastemakers This Feeling.

Follow up single Wild was a BBC1 Scotland Single of the Week and led to the band selling out King Tut's Wah Wah Hut in Glasgow.

2019 was the bands biggest year to date as they made through multiple heats to be crowned champions of hard Rock Cafe's International Battle for the bands after playing for  host of industry experts at The Paramount Theatre in Times Square, New York.

Moonlight Zoo kicked off 2023 with live performances on CBBC TV and Murrayfield National Rugby Stadium Fan zone, followed by a sell out show at Sneaky Pete's, Edinburgh.​

Argyll-based Rhythm and Blues band Dr Hip and the Blues operation, now in their 21st year, are grateful to Inveraray’s George Hotel for encouraging an annual celebration of one of the area’s most popular bands.

From my earliest memories I have always wanted to perform my own songs and I have been lucky to date that I have performed in many different countries from the UK, Spain, Canada, USA, Finland, Denmark and France. I hope that you enjoy listening and following my progress as I hope to play in so many more.

My songs are inspired by love, landscapes, skies and people and hope that they somehow tell a story that people want to hear. Thank you for joining me on a journey I hope we all enjoy.

I am a singer songwriter from Glasgow, I grew up listening to pipe music, (John D Burgess and Donald MacLeod), then when I discovered the blues it was a whole new world, Elmore James in particular had a major effect on me. 

​

I write songs that tell stories from the heart, which are accompanied by my slide guitar work.  I love being spontaneous and off the cuff during live gigs, connecting with people and taking them on a journey.

Another George favourite, SOAP are a four piece band who have been playing together since they were 13! Hailing from Argyll and known for raising funds for great causes and excellent music!!

SKELP! are a four-piece rock band from the west coast of Scotland. Band Members are: Sam - Vocals, Gary - Guitar and Vocals, Wayne - Drums and Archie - Bass.
